Grzegorz Błażewicz
Greg Blazewicz – Founder & CEO – over 20 years of experience in digital marketing. His career started in marketing agencies in New York and London. For 6 years held position of Marketing Director at Comarch – one of the largest European IT solutions provider. In 2006 nominated a CEO of Interia, one of the largest horizontal internet portal in Europe listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange employing over 250 people. In 2008 started as Entrepreneur creating software for marketing teams as a result of which in 2011 founded SALESmanago Marketing Automation. An author of the widely popular in Europe book “Marketing Automation Revolution”. Greg is also lecturer at Universities, helping other technology startups and regularly running marathons. He is a finalist of 2014 EY Entrepreneur of the Year contest.

Marek Broda
Marek Broda – COO and Management Board Member – graduated in International Relations at Cracow University of Economics. He started his adventure with Benhauer in 2012 as a salesman. Then he moved to the marketing department and in the end, from the CMO he became a COO in May 2015. After hours, he panics when fixed car works smooth, and there is no screw left in the garage.

Konrad Pawlus
Konrad Pawlus – Co-founder and Head of Product – started his professional career over 18 years ago when he became involved in the development of unique solutions for financial forecasting based on econometric models. In 2005 he joined Software Development Department in an Ireland-based office of OpSource, to take charge of OpSource Cloud™ application and SaaS billing solutions. In 2009 Konrad was hired by Sabre, the largest global software provider, where as Technical Team Leader he coordinated the development of one of the largest travel and tourism portals Virtually There. His next appointment was as Software Development Supervisor managing the Traveler Notification Center project involving tens of airlines from all over the world. Konrad Pawlus is an enthusiastic practitioner of agile methodology. At SALESmanago he was leading Software Development Team – a group of top-class engineers and programmers developing IT solutions for marke ting automation. He continues the mission of creating value for the Company by sharing his expertise and experience as Head of Product.

Rafał Brzoska – CEO & Founder, Integer - Rafał joined SALESmanago as an early investor in 2014 with 2m EUR. He is one of the most renowned Polish entrepreneurs and investors with 15+ years of experience. Rafał founded and CEO of InPost - global largest parcel locker network that was recently acquired by Advent International, one of the largest global PE that got engaged into the business with over 300m EUR.
Zbigniew Łapiński
Zbigniew Łapiński – Senior Partner, 3TS Capital Partners – 3TS Capital Partners, the European technology growth capital investor, in 2016 invested 5.2m EUR. Ziggy, a lead partner, has +25 years of experience in private equity, advisory and management roles including portfolio of SaaS companies. Prior to joining 3TS in 2005, Zbigniew was CFO of WSE listed telecom Netia SA. Working as a regional analyst for Deutsche Bank and earlier for Creditanstalt Securities SA, Zbigniew has also gained experience in IPO and secondary public transactions. For the last 14 years, Zbigniew has also served as independent supervisory board member of WSE listed companies.
